Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Recruiter Phone Screen

Here we will introduce you to the company, find out what you are looking for in your next position and compare your work history and skills with what we do here at MJ Hughes. 
It will be an informal discussion - not very technical, just to see if we have enough in common to progress to the next stage in our hiring process. It will take about 30 minutes.
Stage 2

Review

A Hiring Manager will review the notes from the initial phone screen and develop some more technical questions if they choose to move your application forward in the hiring process.
Stage 3

Interview

Congratulations! You've made it to an in- person interview with a Hiring Manager (may be virtual if you are a long way from the office). This interview will be far more technical, diving into the details of the job, it's responsibilities and your experience in these areas. 
Stage 4

Offer

Welcome to the MJ Hughes Family! Here you will receive a personalized job offer, including a highly competitive salary, great benefits and the details of your new bonus program (if there is one associated with your position).

Stage 5

Hired

Now we can start your onboarding process, including a thorough introduction to the Company history, our great team and our internal processes. We'll cover our Mission, Vision and Core Values and give you the tools, training and mentorship that will help you succeed here at MJ Hughes... Welcome!
